Aly Somani

Aly Somani is the Co-Founder of RAM and, alongside Dave, oversees the company’s overall strategic direction and drives profitability. Aly is an experienced real estate operator and investor having completed over 30 real estate transactions in southwestern Ontario. 

Prior to launching RAM in 2024, Aly was an equity partner in the Business Law Group at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, a prominent Canadian law firm. Aly was ranked in Chambers as an expert in advising high growth companies and recognized by IFLR1000 as a rising star in M&A.

Aly holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Finance from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa and Juris Doctor degree from the University of Windsor Law School.

Outside of work, Aly enjoys spending quality time with his wife and 2 sons. He loves staying active and is an avid golfer, squash player and triathlete.
